Thomas A. Wilken
I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, earned my Juris Doctor at Duquesne University School of Law and served as President and Vice President of the Dauphin County Workers’ Compensation Section 1999-2001. I have been a speaker for the Department of Labor & Industry on topics pertinent to injured workers and maintain my active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Dauphin County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the Middle District of United States Federal Court. I proudly serve the community as a Board Member and Treasurer for the Chambersburg Hispanic American Center and am involved with the Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce. In February of 2011, I was appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association Immigration Law Committee and in May 2011 I was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in the area of workers’ compensation law and am certified as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the PA Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
When not working, I enjoy golfing, kayaking and coaching my children’s sports teams. I am also a member of the Mechanicsburg Elks.
