2020 Workers Compensation Rates Released By the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry

The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry has announced the 2020 Pennsylvania Workers Compensation maximum compensation rate.  Based upon the Statewide Average Weekly Wage, the maximum compensation payable under the Workers Compensation Act, shall be $1,081.00 per week for injuries occurring on and after Jan. 1, 2020.
